Who we are

Lovie Project Studio is a narrative business history content studio. Our website is lovieproject.com. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at info@lovieproject.com.

What information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter using the signup form on the homepage. We collect only your email address, nothing else.
  • Usage data — standard server logs and analytics (pages visited, browser type, referring URL, approximate location by country). This data is aggregated and not linked to any individual.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal data unless you contact us directly by email, in which case we receive only what you choose to send.

How we use your information

  • Newsletter email — used solely to send you new Lovie Project Studio stories and occasional studio updates. We do not send advertisements, sell access to our list, or share your address with any third party for marketing purposes.
  • Usage data — used to understand how readers find and navigate the site so we can improve it. Never used to identify individuals.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, we process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent, given at the point of subscription. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Data storage and security

Newsletter subscriber data is stored with our email service provider. We choose providers that maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures. We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We do not store credit card details or any sensitive personal data on our servers.

Third parties

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Fonts — serves typefaces used on this site. Google may log your IP address when fonts are loaded. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Email service provider — stores subscriber email addresses for newsletter delivery. No data is sold or shared beyond what is necessary for delivery.

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that build individual user profiles.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for newsletter emails at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any email we send, or by emailing info@lovieproject.com

We will respond to any data request within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies. Google Fonts may set cookies as part of their service. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
